Shipping policy

At Healing Isn’t Pretty, we specialize in delivering digital products designed to support your healing and personal growth. Because all of our offerings are downloadable and electronically delivered, we do not ship any physical items.

1. Digital Delivery

All purchases made on this site are for digital goods. This includes:

• eBooks
• Workbooks
• Digital guides
• Bundles or downloadable content

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout or sign-up.

Please allow a few minutes for delivery. If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us directly.

2. No Physical Shipping

We do not offer shipping for physical products at this time. There are no shipping fees, and no items will be mailed to you.

3. Incorrect Email Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address submitted at checkout is correct. If you enter the wrong email address, you may not receive your files. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens so we can assist you.
